ORKHON BRANCH

The Orkhon province branch of “Dalaivan Audit” LLC was established in 1998 and is the first auditing firm to establish a foundation for the audit of Orkhon province. Orkhon province branch was established in April 08, 1998 by Director of “Dalaivan Audit” LLC, which was started on April 1, 1998. Deputy Director of “Dalaivan Audit” LLC and auditors L.Dolgorsuren initiated the branch office and started operating at Ochir Central LLC’s office for 3 people. Director of Orkhon aimag’s Dalaivan Audit LLC: From January 15, 1998 to December 31, 1998, L.Dolgorsuren, deputy director of the company, joined the company until 1 January 1999 until February 01, 2009. Certified Public Accountant and Auditor B.Narantsetseg was appointed. The Orkhon Aimag branch consists of staff members, senior auditor 2, professional evaluator 1, 2 assistant auditor, contractor auditor and 1 evaluator. In Orkhon aimag, the companies are conducting a re-assessment of the capital investment in Mongolia-Russia joint venture with the central working group of the company. In collaboration with the Department of Accounting, Orkhon aimag’s Financial School, the National University of Mongolia is working with students for internship.

DARKHAN-UUL BRANCH

The sub-branch of “Dalaivan Audit” LLC, Darkhan-Uul Aimag was established on 25 May 1996 and is the first audit organization in Darkhan-Uul aimag. It has been providing services for 16 years since its inception and the financial reporting of financial statements of the business entities, introduction of international accounting standards, accounting consulting, asset and business evaluation, and project development. We conduct our activities in the Law on Accounting and Auditing in Mongolia in an independent manner in accordance with the Code of Ethics and in accordance with НББОУС and АОУС requirements under other laws. According to the tripartite agreement with the National Audit Office, state-owned companies such as the Darkhan Thermal Network, Darkhan АЗЗА, State Technical University, Darkhan-Uul School, Professional Training and Production Center, Plantation Crops Research Institute, and Aimag’s Audit Office. school and kindergarten and private organizations.
